Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III vs. EOS 1D Mark II?
I am interested in buying a new camera and just wondering which one I should go with. The Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III is very $ $ $ $ and if it is a much better camera than the Canon 1D Mark II, so I prefer to go with it. Im wondering if the camera is much better, about the same thing?
I agree with the answer above, but I recommend you downgrade again more extreme. Both cameras you ask about the cost of several thousand dollars, and are targeted at professionals whose paychecks depend on their equipment. If you do not personally know if you need one or the other, then sorry to tell you, but you do not need. I was sidelines of football games that ESPN broadcasts and got great shots I needed to work with a Rebel XTi. I recommend starting with this device because it will automate all functions for you, but you will replace hand-specific parameters, and all settings, once you are ready. Then, once you have the experience, go to the 40D / 50D, etc and you will see that you're a much better photographer. If you get a camera above your skill level now, you will feel very hurt when people with cameras 1 / 10 the value of your pictures are better and better.
